魏凤生，男，1991年3月出生，宁夏石嘴山人，中共党员，工学博士，副研究员，硕士生导师，IEEE Senior Member。主要从事通感一体化、WiFi感知、网络切片及无线AI等方向的研究。主持市厅级科技项目2项，并作为核心骨干参与国家自然科学基金面上项目、广东省重点研发项目等多项科研项目。在IEEE JSAC、IEEE TWC等国际顶级期刊及ICC、GLOBECOM等旗舰会议上发表SCI论文22篇，其中以唯一第一作者发表高水平论文9篇。曾在阿里巴巴集团和华为技术有限公司从事工程研发工作，长期担任IEEE JSAC、ToN、TWC、TMC等期刊审稿人，以及IEEE ICC、VTC等国际会议的TPC Member。
